Colourless,transparent oily liquid,viscosity 17 c.p.(23℃),freezing point -50℃,refractive index 1.4535(25℃).
Insoluble in water,soluble in the ethanol easily,the volatility is less small than DMM and DEM. It may be copolymerized with monomers like vinyl chloride,vinyl acetate,styrene,adhesives,etc. These copolymers are usually used in preparing coatings,films,adhesives,rubbers etc.

Shelf life: two years when properly stored

Application:It can be copolymerized with vinyl chloride. The film which can be made into by the copolymer have good low-temperature pliability.
