TBHQ characteristics
1 Antioxidant effect is 3~5 times stronger than BHA, BHT, PG
2. Higher safety, FAO/WHO confirmed, LD50: 0.7~1.0 g/kg
3. High temperature resistance, TBHQ melting point: 126.5~128° °C (boiling point 300°°C/760mmHg), much higher than the melting point of NHA 48~63°°C, BHT melting point 69.7°°C, used for high temperature heating of food, such as frying, In the fried, boiled and other foods, there is good thermal stability.
4. Can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold.
